A virtual meeting of the Joint Regulatory and Finance Subcommittees of the Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA) Advisory Committee.

The HSCA Advisory Committee advises the Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances on rules, policies, and procedures relating to the cleanup and re-use of hazardous waste sites.

The Regulatory and Finance Subcommittees provide input on finances, updating and developing new regulations, reviewing loans and funding options, revising sampling and data quality protocols and improving public participation and community involvement in the Brownfields Program.
