The Division of Water will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2021-P-W-0012) on a Subaqueous Lands Permit application for Norman Singer to install a gangway, a floating pier and a floating dock in Lake Comegys, in Dewey Beach. Public comment period closed.

The Applicant has applied to install a 3 foot wide by 10 foot long gangway, a 6 foot wide by 5 foot long floating pier, and a 6 foot wide by 10 foot long floating dock, revised from the originally proposed application to install a 3 foot wide by 10 foot long gangway and a 10 foot wide by 10 foot long floating dock in Lake Comegys, at 135 Chesapeake Street, Dewey Beach, Sussex County, DE.
