Use the Digital DNREC ePermitting system for recreational fishing and hunting licenses, license exempt numbers, deer harvest report cards and tags, waterfowl stamps, permits, Conservation Access Passes, and harvest reporting. Hunter Education course sign-up will be available beginning July 13, 2020.

Note: Because of the public health restrictions of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, recreational license sales at DNREC offices are suspended.
Delaware law requires the registration of all motorboats, including those powered by electric motors, if Delaware is its state of principal use. All motorboats launched from tidal access areas administered by the Division of Fish and Wildlife must be registered in Delaware or have a valid Tidal Access Boat Ramp Certificate.

Attention Commercial Striped Bass Quota Holders
Secretary Garvin’s April 13 Emergency Order allows 2020 Striped Bass quota and tags already distributed to one quota holder to be transferred to another quota holder. Just fill out the required form and return it to Commercial Licensing. The form can be mailed, faxed, scanned or emailed. You can take a photo of it and email it, etc. Call Commercial Licensing at 302-739-9916 for more information.
