Notice has been given that:

DuPont Nutrition USA, Inc., requests a permit to construct one (1) pulse jet baghouse at their 1301 Ogletown Road, Newark, New Castle County facility. The pulse jet baghouse will be permitted to emit 1.50 TPY of PM by Permit: APC-2022/0073-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at (302) 739 9402.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 18, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
