Notice has been given that:

Miklus Enterprises LLC, requests a permit amendment to operate at a new location, 504 Marl Pit Road, Middletown, New Castle County. The permit is for a 300 ton per hour mobile impact crusher and screener. By Permit: APC-2013/0061-OPERATION (Amendment 3)(NSPS)(GACT), emissions will not exceed 0.22 TPY PM10, 0.003 TPY HC, 0.13 TPY CO, 0.25 TPY NOx, and 0.19 TPY SOx.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 16, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
