The Department has adopted an amended plan regarding the clean-up of the A.M. Domino Site located in Wilmington. The Site, once used as an auto repair and salvage yard, required a change to the Environmental Covenant and Long-Term Stewardship Plan for a supplemental vapor intrusion assessment prior to the construction of any occupiable buildings on the Site in the future. 

DNREC issued public notice of the Amended Proposed Plan for the A.M. Domino Site on February 24, 2021.  There were no substantive comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan that resulted in changes or revisions.  Details of the Amended Final Plan are available online at: www.nav.dnrec.delaware.gov/DEN3/
