A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Harpoon Hanna’s Restaurant and Marina (2023.0009)

Hanna Holdings, L.P. proposes make boardwalk and pier improvements at the Harpoon Hanna’s Restaurant and Marina facility located on the south side of SR 54 (Lighthouse Road) and the east side of the Fenwick Ditch near the Fenwick Island resort area. The applicant proposes to construct a 4-foot by 96-foot boardwalk cantilevered 2.5 feet channelward of a vinyl bulkhead wall around the perimeter of a dock. Additionally, the applicant proposes to replace an 8-foot by 80-foot pier, increasing its length to 84 feet, and to relocate six 2-foot by 8-foot finger piers along the main pier. The proposal involves installing 18 new mooring piles.
