A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USDA FSA Green Meadow Farms LLC (2022.0041)

The USDA, Farm Service Agency has received an application to provide financing in order to construct an additional Grain Storage Bin and install a Grain Dryer with auger equipment in an existing grain storage yard. The property is currently a farm storage yard with farm buildings, grain storage bins and poultry houses with a residence and is located at 1708 Hemping Rd, Harrington, DE 19952.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
