Jenny Jerez & Jose Luis Tetelpa have applied for Formal Waiver to install an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system (septic system) on their property located on the south side of Frankford School Road ~.6 miles east of Omar Road near Frankford, DE Sussex County Tax Parcel number 533-1.00-22.00 The Formal Waiver is required due to the inability to maintain a minimum of 50’ of vertical separation from a watercourse with the onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system. The system will serve an existing 3 bedroom dwelling with a design flow rate of 360 gallons per day.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
