On-Site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System

Taylor’s Bridge Community Center has applied for an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 750 gallons per day generated by a Community Center. The site is located at 121 Flemings Landing Road, Townsend, DE 19734, tax map # 15-004.00-007.

Temporary Holding Tank

Lewes Waterfront Preserve, LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 6,600 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at Red Cedar Drive, Sussex County, tax parcel #3-35-8.00-17.04 and 17.00.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
