Country Living Mobile Court, Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-041 which allows for the transport of septage, to be disposed of at the Sussex County Sewer System.

Edward L. McIntyre has applied for a formal Waiver to install an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system (septic system) on his property known as Lot 10, Block D, Avalon Park near Georgetown, DE Sussex County Tax Parcel 234-15.00-190.00. The Formal Waiver request is being made at this time to allow remediation to take place due to damage done to the soil on the lot during clearing and preparation to install an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system. The system will serve a single-family dwelling with a design flow rate not to exceed 600 gallons per day.

Massoud Allafi has applied for a formal Waiver to install a permanent holding tank to be used for wastewater disposal on his property located on the south side of Old Mill Bridge Road, east of Bayard Road near Frankford, DE Sussex County Tax Parcel 134-21.00-1.01. The Formal Waiver request is being made at this time because the depth to the limiting zone in the soil on the property does not meet current regulatory requirements. The system will serve a single-family dwelling and an in-law residence with a combined design flow rate not to exceed 600 gallons per day.
