The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”

As required by § 9107 (a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Agreement with 30^th Street Properties, LLC regarding the 900 East 30^th Street Site (DE-1773) located at 900 East 30^th Street, Wilmington, DE. The Site is identified as New Castle County tax parcel numbers 26-023.00-029 and 26-023.00-032 and 26-023.00-033. The Site requires remedial action due to historic activities on site.
