M&E Properties, LLC has applied for a permit to install an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system (septic system) on their property at 32524 DuPont Blvd., located on the west side of DuPont Blvd. (US RT 113) ~1350’ south of Nine Foot Road (Rt. 26), near Dagsboro, DE. Sussex County Tax Parcel 233-11.00-241.00. The system will serve a proposed Fitness Center/Farmer’s Market and Artisan’s store with a design flow rate of 900 gallons per day.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
