The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the 801 North Orange Street Site (DE-1802) located at 801 North Orange Street. The Site is currently a parking lot but once housed printing facilities, auto repair shops, paint retailers, and residential structures.

The 801 North Orange Street Site will be subject to the following key remedial actions: The placement of a cap, the submittal and adherence to a Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP) and long-term stewardship plan, and the placement of an environmental covenant that will restrict the site’s use of groundwater.
