The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the North Hill Dry Cleaner Site OU-1 (DE-1793) located at 211 Philadelphia Pike in Wilmington. The Site housed a former dry cleaning operation.

The North Hill Dry Cleaner Site will be subject to the following key remedial actions: The submittal and adherence to a Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP) and long term stewardship plan, and the placement of an environmental covenant that will restrict the site’s use to non-residential and the use of groundwater.
