The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the Former Mitchell Shop Site located in Bear. The Site, once used as a gas station required a restriction of groundwater use, completion of long-term groundwater stewardship and adherence to a Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP).
