The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

High Tide Church, Inc., of Dagsboro, Delaware to install approximately one thousand and fifty linear feet of two inch (1,050 LF of 2.0”) forcemain and a duplex E-One grinder pump station to serve High Tide Church, located on the south side of Nine Foot Road, approximately 1,500 feet west of Route 113, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The grinder pump station will be located within the Lands of High Tech Church, Inc and the forcemain will exit the pump station to the northwest, run along Nine Foot Road and terminate at an existing Sussex County manhole, on Nine Foot Road.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before February 27, 2022. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
