The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Liborio 3, LLC proposes to construct a positive displacement sanitary sewer pump station and approximately one thousand four hundred and thirty linear feet (1,430 LF) of two (2) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main to serve proposed hotel and retail buildings located at the southwest corner of U.S. Route 13 and Hickory Ridge Road south of Smyrna in Kent County, Delaware. The proposed force main will run within the subject property and discharge to a Kent County gravity sewer manhole adjacent to the property on the north side of Hickory Ridge Road.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before January 6, 2021. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
