Drawbridge Claymont, LLC has requested a renewal of its industrial water allocation for one existing surface intake. The requested allocation is 43.2 million gallons (MG) per day, 1,296 MG per month, and 14,700 MG per year. The intake is located northeast of Claymont in New Castle County, near the intersection of Philadelphia Pike and Naamans Road. Tax parcel 06-059.00-165.

Concrete Building Systems of Delmar, LLC has requested an industrial water allocation for one existing industrial well and one proposed industrial well. The requested allocation is 0.054 million gallons (MG) per day, 1.6 MG per month, and 2.7 MG per year. The wells are located west of Delmar in Sussex County, near the intersection of Brick Manor and Old Racetrack Road. Tax parcel 532-20.00-12.01.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by May 17, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
