Subaqueous Lands Permit

Hughes, Trustees (3-34-19.00-1015.00) – To construct a 6 by 12 foot long floating dock, a PWC lift with one (1) associated piling and to repair by replace a 6 by 30 foot long dock, a boat lift with four (4) associated pilings and 100 linear feet of bulkhead located in Torquay Canal at 10 Sherborne Road, Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Division of Fish and Wildlife (3-30-5.00-7.04) – To utilize an existing 6 by 110 foot long pier, a 7 foot wide, narrowed to 6 by 28 foot long dock, and a 6 by 58 foot long finger pier, and 65 linear feet of rip-rap shoreline stabilization, in Mispillion River, at 3018 Lighthouse Road, Milford, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Lease

Diane Criniti (3-34-18.00-220.00) – To maintain a 4 by 40 foot long pier and a 5 by 30 foot long dock in unnamed tributary to Love Creek at 310 Tanglewood Drive, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
