Subaqueous Lands Permit Application

Delaware Department of Transportation (1100540143) – To restore an 1,800 linear foot section of an unnamed tributary that runs through community open space in Robscott Manor subdivision located just outside the limits of the City of Newark. The project entails reconnecting and regrading the floodplain and the creation of a new stream, resulting in .1035 aces of temporary subaqueous land impacts and .3265 acres of permanent subaqueous land impacts in an unnamed tributary to the Christina River at the intersection of Robscott Turn and Sanford Drive, Robsott Manor Section 2, Newark, New Castle County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Permit and Wetlands Application

Delaware Department of Transportation (2-34-11.00-98.00) – To upgrade the existing spillway, install a slide gate, repair the culvert and rehabilitate the roadway embankments along SR 24 at Burtons Pond. The proposed construction results in 7,553 square feet of temporary subaqueous lands impacts, 58,810 square feet of permanent subaqueous lands impacts, 1,746 square feet of temporary State-regulated wetland impacts, and 1,252 square feet of permanent State-regulated wetland impacts in and adjacent to Burtons Pond along John J. Williams Highway (SR 24), Lewes, Sussex County, DE.
