Subaqueous Lands Permit

Jesse Conde (134-9.00-890.00) – To remove an existing 5 by 23 foot long section of dock and install a 3 by 5 foot long gangway, two (2) 5 by 10 foot long floating docks and one (1) 6 by 13 foot long floating PWC dock in an unnamed tributary to White Creek, located at 37839 Island Drive, Cedar Landing, Ocean View, Sussex County, Delaware. 

Rojan GT 1121, LLC (135-19.00-63.05) – To install a total of 14 cubic yards of rip-rap for scour protection at three separate outfall locations in McGee Ditch at 22309 DuPont Blvd. Georgetown, Sussex County, DE.

Mark and Katharine Kulchock (233-7.00-137.00) – To utilize a 5 by 60 foot long pier, a 4 by 10 foot long gangway and a 6 by 20 foot long floating dock in Vines Creek located at 135 Riverview Drive, Point Farm, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE

Michael A. Babcock and Eileen A. Babcock (533-12.00-375.00) – To construct a 3 by 85 foot long wetland walkway connecting to a 4 by 10 foot long pier, a 4 by 8 foot long gangway and to install a 6 by 20 foot long floating dock, two (2) 5 by 14 foot long floating PWC docks and a boat lift with four (4) associated pilings in Dirickson Creek at 36066 Country Lane, Dirickson Landing, Frankford, Sussex County, Delaware.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice.  Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
