The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Springcap II, LLC of Wilmington, Delaware, to install one pump station with dual pumps; five hundred and eighty eight linear feet of four inch (588 LF of 4”) force main; and related appurtenances, to serve the Woods at Button Pond residential subdivision, located along Conleys Chapel Road, approximately 1,711 LF east of Beaver Dam Road and Conleys Chapel Road, Indian River Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware. The pump station will be located at the southwestern edge of the Woods at Button Pond residential subdivision and the forcemain will run southwards and terminate at an existing gravity sewer manhole.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before November 22, 2020. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
