Subaqueous Lands Permit Application

James Bilney (1-34-23.16-97.00) – To repair 50 linear feet of bulkhead and to install 2 PWC lifts with one associated piling each in an unnamed lagoon at 18 W. Bayard St., Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.

Sussex County Engineering Department (234-17.00-55.00 & 234-17.12-15.00) To install by directional bore an 8-inch diameter 665 foot long sanitary sewer force main at a minimum depth of 15 feet below the mudline of Hopkins Prong with the directional drill access pits located at the terminus of Bay Hollow Drive and adjacent to 109 Pinewater Drive, Harbeson, Sussex County, DE

Bayview Improvement Company (1302001028, 1302001027, 1302001026, 1302001025) -To install approximately 157 linear feet of rip-rap revetment consisting of 17.5 cubic yards of material directly in front of an existing concrete bulkhead along the Delaware River at Lots 36, 37, 38 and 39 along New Road, Bayview Improvement Company, Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware.

Subaqueous Lands Permit/Water Quality Certifiation

Pier Point Family Partnership, LLC (3-34-20.18-107.00 & 3-34-20.18-126.00 dredging site, 5-33-18.00-41.00 disposal site) To mechanically maintenance dredge to a depth of -3.00 feet below mean low water by removing approximately 360 cubic yards of sediment adjacent to break walls and the boat ramp at Pier Point Marina and to temporarily dewater the dredge spoils on site and transport them via water-tight trucks to an upland disposal site located at 38317 Marlyn Lane in Selbyville, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Lands Lease Application

Warwick Park Owners Association, Inc. (234-34.00-49.00) To install two stand-alone mooring pilings and to relocate an existing piling by minimizing the associated existing finger pier by 4 feet in length at the Warwick Park Marina in Warwick Cove located southwest of the intersection of Warwick Drive and River Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE

HKS4, LLC (Tax Parcel#233-7.00-206.00) To allow a blanket authorization for slipholders to install either a single PWC floater not to exceed 8 foot wide by 16 foot long or a boat lift with 4 associated pilings in the 88 slips of the Pepper Creek Marina in Pepper Creek located at 33317 Bayberry Ct, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE
