Delaware Plastic Bag Survey

Delaware state law requires certain stores to provide plastic bag recycling programs. This applies to retail establishments of over 7,000 square feet or with three or more locations of 3,000 square feet or more in Delaware. The law also requires stores to register with DNREC to ensure that recycling programs are working.

The form on this page serves as the registration tool. Each question relates to a requirement of the law. Please complete this form once for each retail location.

Surveys are due by June 30, 2018.
